That’s the most sleep I’ve managed, in one hit, in quite some time.
It is INCREDIBLE what a difference that makes not only to me waking up well, but feeling capable. I don’t doubt that the massive mental brain-dump yesterday contributed to this state of affairs, but also there has been a deliberate cutback in caffeine intake. I still enjoy a cup of tea, but I’m now not craving it, which is a key difference. My body’s also stopped prompting me for raw meat and processed sugar, so I’m betting iron levels and energy processing are returning to normal. I’ve booked an appointment with the Doctor, I have a plan of attack for the next couple of days all sorted, and now it is time to get down to business.
Mostly, I don’t need to be talking a good game, instead it is time to do it.
