This week, I’ve lost (almost) two pounds.
It is painfully slow, but justifies the effort being made. I’ve done a whole week of nothing but walking, which has been helped by the introduction of the Pokemon Go thing (thinks: how much mobile data does this use? :O) Mostly? ALL OF THE EXERCISE.
Two pounds doesn’t seem much, but it’s a massive improvement. I can see the difference this week has made on my body. This is incentive to push forward. Considering how hard it has become to keep a consistent shift downwards? I’ll take this, every day.
As a bonus, the suntan I’ve gotten walking to and from the Gym…
